Groundnuts (Java), a staple food for many developing countries, are High-quality Groundnut locally sourced in Nigeria and has been in high demand due to its uniqueness of high oil, fiber, and protein content. About 60% of groundnut produced in Nigeria is locally consumed fresh or dried and roasted while 40% is processed primarily for the export markets. Nigeria is known globally as one of the highest-producing countries of Groundnut. Our world standard for the preparation of Groundnuts for export remains harvesting mature seeds by hand, drying, shelling, hand picking, thorough cleaning to remove impurities, and finally, packaging into suitable new PP bags.
