3. Order Processing & Contract Formation
All purchase orders submitted to 4Apples Industrial Limited are subject to formal acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion without liability.
A legally binding sales agreement is established upon written confirmation (email, invoice, or contract).
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified in international contracts.
Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, tariffs, or duties unless stated.
Payment terms are detailed in each invoice or agreement and may include advance payment, net terms, or letters of credit.
Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, corporate credit/debit cards, and other arrangements as agreed in writing.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are indicative and confirmed during order acceptance.
Freight, insurance, and duties are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise negotiated.
Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier at the point of dispatch (Ex-Works, FOB, or agreed INCOTERM).
6. Returns & Claims Policy
Products are non-returnable once delivered in good order and condition.
Customized, perishable, or bulk-specialty goods are not eligible for return or refund.
Any claims regarding defects or non-conformities must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear evidence (e.g., photographs, inspection reports).
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, product descriptions, visuals, documentation, and branding materials are the exclusive property of 4Apples Industrial Limited.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall 4Apples Industrial Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to product usage or service performance.
